[net.jobs] UNIX/C applications programmer wanted

jbc (04/18/83)

University of Texas Medical Branch
Office of Academic Computing and Biostatistics

We are an internal consulting group in the Office of the Dean of
Medicine, providing general computing services to the academic
segment of the university. This includes word processing support,
evaluation of new machines and software packages, local networking,
clinical data base management, statistical analyses, etc.

Our shop is relatively young, and we are currently attempting to
round out our complement of UNIX programmers. At present, we are
interested in hiring one additional individual. This person should
be degreed (CS, math, physics, etc.) and with some experience.
Exposure to UNIX is essential; familiarity with internals would be
nice but is not vital.

Job level, salary, etc. are rather dependent on background
and experience. Interested parties should contact
