This is all new to me so please bear with me... I have CAP/UAB running on a Vax on our campus-wide network. I have a MacII with an ethernet card attached to said network and have been running Apple Share with no problems. In essence, I was running one huge, unnamed, zone, I guess. Recently, more and more people have been getting their Macs on the network and several Appletalk zones have been created. It is my understanding that CAP/UAB cannot create it's own zone, it can only be a part of an already existing zone. Since I use only AppleShare, my Mac doesn't create a zone. I want my own zone but I can't create it. Do I need additional software? What are my options? Am I understanding this situation? Any information would be most helpful. thanks ________________________________________________________________________ Thomas J.
