We found a problem other than battery or heat problem.
The Kinetics FastPath box CANNOT receive fragmented IP packet.
At the time a fragmented IP packet reachs to the box, the box HANGS UP.
We tested Kinetics FastPath 4 box with ROM version 4.1 and K-STAR 7.0.
It seems firmware (ROM 4.1) bug.
For ordinary use, this situation (occurs IP fragmentation) is very rare.
We found this probrem when using atalkad with very large appletalk network.
In replying to aaZONE request from the box, the reply packet (UDP/IP) size
is larger than MTU, IP fragmentation occurs, the box hangs up.
Anyone knows this problem?
