We are using CAP to print from various UNIX boxes to our AppleTalk Laserwriters, through an Apple print spooler. Each print job is accompanied by three or four banner pages. This is happening with copies of CAP installed on both a BSD 4.3 system and on NeXT cubes. We need banner pages, but we would really like to have only one per job :-) Does anybody know how to fix this? Please email responses, and thanks in advance.
