We try to run CAP/UAB on a DECstation 3100 running Ultrix 2.1 uab gives the following message (in the logfile): 04352* 13:41:28 10/08/90 SrvrRegister for DECstation FileServer failed... Anyone have a clue what we did wrong? Basically, we have problems with putting something sensible in the bridge_desc file. Presently, we have this: dutnak8 [EtherTalk,se:0] mkip [0] where dutnak8 is the hostname of the DECstation. Could someone mail us a typical bridge_desc file for uab on a DECstation 3100. We have one FastPath (with K-Star) that we still want to use for our non-Ethernet Macs.
