Growing at a rate of over 25 percent per annum, the company expects to be at a sales volume in the $10 to $15 million range within the next four years. Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the total engineering function for the division. This will include the staffing and direction of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, drafting, documentation, and all engineering administration. The products of this company include precision instrumentation which requires knowledge and expertise in the areas of electro-mechanical, analog, servo, and digital microprocessor design. The incumbent will be instrumental in the design and development of new generations of equipment as well as enhancing the present product lines performance and functions. The position will report to the President. Required Qualification: The incumbent will have a proven track record of successfully managing program and/or line engineering groups in the design and development of high precision instrumentation. The successful candidate will have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, etc., or some related field, M.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred. The ideal candidate must have strong executive officer capabilities and managerial skills, be dynamic in product development and problem solutions. The candidate should also possess an entreprenurial flair and have a team approach to leading the organization to success. Compensation & Location: The attractive compensation package consists of a base salary in the $50,000 to $55,000 range, which is enhanced by financially based incentive plans and equity offerings.
