Please reply to me, I will forward to him. thanks rom ============== Early this year or late last year, somebody had observed an irregularity with the timeout that AppleShare used. Specifically that the timeout was 1/2 of what it should be. The result of this was excessive retransmission of packets on low speed (2400 baud) lines. I did some investigation, and came up with a patch to AppleShare to get around this problem and posted it here. Unfortunately I do not have that patch anymore, and am not very keen on rediscovering it. Would any of you who are using that patch be kind enough to send it to me.
