Sun's PCNFS product seems very stable and easy to manage (pcnfsd include with SunOS, great config scripts).. Telnet and ftp work very well. Even has some r stuff (rsh, etc). It also has an add on mail/backup ultility called Lifeline. I haven't worked much with the backup but the mailer may be configured to use SMTP or POP (included). -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ boulder!pvi!magoo Just a fool waiting on the wrong Ass.
