Anyone know if timbuktu can be used to control a AFPsever running on a Mac.
remotely, so that I can add/delete user accross the network ?

Works fine for me. You could even use a "headless" Mac II series running
Timbuktu.

Yes you could do this from TIMBUKTU.
I have no problem with it and all our AFP servers are using TIMBUKTU.
It makes life a lot easier. I wonder if I could live without it. (;-)

Yes, you can use Timbuktu to control Apple's AppleShare file server just
as you were there. The CMU Mac User's Group has been doing it for some
time.
