Kitt Peak National Observatory (located in Tucson, Arizona) needs an 
experienced Systems Programmer to work in our Computer Systems Department 
which provides software for telescope control, data acquisition, and data
reduction and analysis.  The successful applicant will install, maintain and
adapt UNIX operating systems for DEC VAX and PDP-11 computers.  Requirements
include the ability to write and install UNIX device drivers, Ethernet network
software and applications programs written in C and FORTRAN.
