To summarize the responses I received from my inquiry about uShare, it
does not look too good. I did not get any positive responses. Most
people shared experiences of not being able to bring it up, or only
being able to get parts of it to work. Even a list of users that IPT
supplied as references were unsatisfied with the product. One user
that did manage to get it working compared the speed of uShare to an
Apple server and found uShare to be *significantly* slower! There was
also a report of a constant flow of new releases from IPT.
It sounds like IPT needs to do a little more work on their uShare
product before it will be an attractive solution for UNIX <-> Mac.
