SENIOR ELECTRONIC ENGINEER NEEDED AT TEKTRONIX We are looking for a self-motivated individual to plan and develop component projects for supporting the needs of product groups. Projects typically involve high frequency front-end instrument design such as probes, attenuators and buffer amplifiers, as well as general high frequency hybrid design. Duties would include interviewing, staffing, making key technical decisions concerning the evaluation of ongoing and proposed projects, leading of component development programs, technology planning, interaction with product groups concerning short and long term component needs, and identifying and attracting other talented professional personnel to Tektronix. An advanced degree in electronics engineering or equivalent is required. Experience with instrument design and component development, as well as management experience with a proven ability to perform at a senior engineering level and provide guidance to other electronics design personnel, would be highly desireable.
