Tom,

MacTCP 1.0.2 is functionally the same as TCP 1.0.1, but there was a TCP 
bug that was hindering MacX performance.  The MacX developer found the 
problem, recommended a solution, and the he, with the TCP team made the 
fix.  As you probably know, the 3rd number in the rev number indicates the 
rev only includes bug fixes, released products will have numbers such as 
1.0 or 1.2

	This rings hollow in the current world, where 40,000 young 
	children per day die from hunger (UNICEF figure).  We have 
	not legislated to keep kids from starving by the millions 
	per year, even without the downside of forcing childbirth on
	unwilling pregnant women --- how morally self-righteous do
	we deserve to be?
