I am looking for a driver for PC localtalk cards (like Tops FlashCard)
that will give my software the raw LAP packets, not a DDP interface
like ATALK.SYS does. I've looked at the clarkson packet driver
"localtlk" and it doesn't do what I want. It provides a packet
interface using ATALK.SYS that gives me IP packets. I want the raw
LAP packets.
Does such a thing exist? If not, where can I find some information on
writing one?
The ultimate purpose of this is to produce a freely available software
package that will run on a cheap PC clone and emulate a (Kinetics?
Shiva?) FastPath.
Thanks in advance for any help.
