Two jobs, a Research Associate/Programmer, and System Manager, at the Department of AI, Edinburgh University. Research Associate/Programmer: to join an SERC-funded project concerned with the interpretation of sonar data in a marine environment. The work involves programming applications of statistical estimation, 3D motion representation, and rule-based inference. Qualifications: degree in Computer Science, Maths or related discipline, experience of UNIX(TM) and C an advantage. Salary: 6310-7190 pounds sterling.
