[comp.protocols.appletalk] Networking reference books?

I'm looking for a good reference book which covers the design and physical
implementation of local area networks, with particular emphasis on
AppleTalk and thin-wire and 10-Base-T ethernet.  If you can recommend
one/some (or heartily NOT recommend a specific book), please send
