We're having a problem with our FastPath's not converting FwdReq's to NBP Lookups when the FP knows good and well that it's directly on the requested AppleTalk network. Scenario: user in New York requests lookup in a zone here in San Francisco. FP in New York converts BrRq to FwdReq. FwdReq is (properly) addressed and forwarded to the FP in SF. The FP in SF, instead of recognizing the zone and net as its own, converting to a lookup request, makes a bunch of RTS's to the correct net, node 0 (the gateway/router multicast address, as I understand it.) This net DOES have 2 TeleBridges and one Internet Router attached, but neither handles anything like this.
