Has anyone done any work on license control and copy protection under CAP? What we are looking for is the ability to say "There are n licenses of this program. Don't let more than n people run it. Also, don't let anyone copy it." Obviously, the second does not necessarily follow from the first. I think we could implement license control without too much trouble -- just maintain a count of the number of aufs processes that have opened a given resource fork. Until AppleShare 3.0, though, the copy protection will probably require an INIT on the Mac end to help out.
