I've recently downloaded CAP6.0 and the 27 patches from Rutgers. I applied all the patches, ran Configure, and then ran gen.makes. As it goes through the directories which it's supposed to make, it tells me that it can't find m4. Any suggestions or explanations would be most appreciated.
