[comp.protocols.appletalk] What does .MPP acronym stand for?

   one starts to wonder about some of the wierdest things.

We could hazard a guess and say it stands for "Macintosh Printing Protocol".
When it was introduced that's all it was used for. It's hard to translate
MPP into anything meaningful to do with the fact that it's the driver for
the LocalTalk implementation of the AppleTalk protocol.
