Abstract:
	The current draft does an incomplete job of noting changes
	with respect to the previous standard.

	It is not easy to find the location of a definition of
	syntactic terms in the document.

Proposal:
	The current draft simply show change bars.

	It should show insertions, deletions, and changes.

	Add an index of syntactic definitions.
