PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

October 1980 - Present: Department Manager, United Space Boosters, Inc.,
			Vandenburg AFB, CA

Presently directing the Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) Systems' Safety Depart-
ment at Vandenburg AFB.  Established this department in October 1980.
Wrote the original Program Safety Plan for SRB operations at VAFB.
Prepared and negotiated the Systems' Safety Technical Proposal for the
SRB Phase I Development at Vandenburg in 1980 and Phase II Activation in
1983.  Prepared and negotiated the Systems' Safety Technical Proposal to
Martin Marietta Corporation for Software integration of the SRB Flight
Element.  Interface with Air Force, Navy, and other element contractors
on all SRB systems' and industrial safety matters.  In January 1983,
selected to prepare the SRB Flight Element Safety Proposal for the Rockwell
International Shuttle Processing Contract.

In April 1983, selected by Rockwell as Director of Systems Safety for all
Shuttle Processing Operations on West Coast and directed preparation of
the Shuttle Systems' Safety Proposal and Operational Safety Plan.
