Position: Technical Editor, business news weekly about the use
  of the IBM PC in multi-user corporate environments.

Client:   Computer/Electronics Division of major magazine company

Reports to: Editor

Location:  Boston, Mass.

Responsibilities:  This person will direct and conduct PC hardware
  and software evaluations, and oversee and produce features and special
  sections for this 100 page weekly glossy newspaper.  This person
  will be expected to serve as the principal resource to check technical
  content of articles and features, as well as seek out news on all
  new PC developments (attend press conferences/events, produce copy
  for special sections/issues).

Ideal candidate profile: Technical competence in micros, PC's especially;
   Expertise in PC's networked/telecommed to corporate mainframes;
   Willingness to work with news production staffs, analyze for accuracy,
   write clearly;  Capacity to develop strong presence in the industry.
