[comp.ai.digest] lisp books

An excellent self-study book on Lisp is:

Shapiro, Stuart C., LISP: An Interactive Approach (Computer Science Press)
It's dialect-independent, and assumes that the reader is sitting in front
of a terminal running Lisp while reading the book.
