I have a group of graduate students from several disciplines in my ES class that are investigating the legal and ethical issues associated with ES delivery. If any of you know of any court cases (or out of court settlements) that have involved the use of or the lack of use of expert systems, please send those contacts or references to me. Also, if any of you know lawyers that specialize or deal with such issues, I would also appreciate having their names (and addresses).
