Wednesday May 4 at the Ramada Hotel, 6333 Bristol Parkway, Culver City (just off the 405 freeway at Sepulveda) will be the kickoff event for the Artificial Intelligence Special Interest Group of the Los Angeles chapter of the ACM. Professional gambler Mike Caro will discuss "ORAC", his computer program which plays world-class poker. Dinner (optional) is at 7 PM, program at 8 PM. Dinner is approx. $16.50; program is free.
