DUTIES: Supervision of the facility including: accounting, allocating system resources, ensuring system availability, coordinating students who help manage the system, doing system backup of files, installing and maintaining new versions of the operating system, consulting with students and faculty on use of the system, writing general utility programs, acquiring, installing and modifying new software and hardware, and doing some system programming. Qualifications: Bachelors or higher degree, two years of experience in a computer-related or instruction-related field to include knowledge of some programming languages and the ability to work with demanding people.
