ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR ABSTRACTS SYMPOSIUM ON THE BIOMEDICAL APPLICATIONS OF NEURAL NETWORKS *********************************************************** Saturday, April 22, 1989 Parsons Auditorium The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory Laurel, Maryland The study and application of neural networks has increased significantly in the past few years. This applications-oriented symposium focuses on the use of neural networks to solve biomedical tasks such as the classification of biopotential signals. Abstracts of not more than 300 words may be submitted prior to January 31, 1989. Accepted abstracts will be allotted 20 minutes for oral presentation. Registration fee is $20.00 (U.S.); $10.00 for full-time students. Registration fee includes lunch.
