May I somewhat timidly ask the impossible; namely, a capsule review
of the major desktop publishing packages (PC based) in terms of
their suitability for printing scientific equations and graphics.
Other factors, such as ease of use, cost, support, etc., are also
important, of course, but the colleague for whom I am making this
request is very interested in the scienctific and graphics features
mentioned above.
Thanks in advance for any helpful information that I can pass along
to my colleague here at NOSC.
