[comp.text.desktop] Arabic, Russian, Turkish wordprocessor wanted

I am looking for a wordprocessing system which can efficiently handle 
texts in foreign alphabeths such as Arabic, Russian, Turkisch ...  and 
is in the PC, Mac - cost range.

Any information on cost, needed hard- and software and experiences with
such products would be very welcome.
