Having just noticed the flurry of communication regarding ODA/ODIF, I thought
that I would just put my oar in as well.
I am a member of the ESPRIT PODA project ("Piloting of ODA") on the
interworking side i.e. we are demonstrating that ODA may be used as an
interchange medium between different manufacturers' word processors.
To this end, we will demonstrate at the Hannover fair in March the
exchange of mixed-mode documents (i.e. those containing either raster
or geometric graphics and text) using ODA in conjunction with X.400
mail across X.25. If you want to visit us you can find us in Hall 16.
