[net.news.group] Dumping net.general

Dumping net.general____________________________________________________________

	I subscribe to both net.general and net.announce.  The former gets many
more articles than the latter.  On the other hand, I find little of interest in
net.general and I'm unsubscribing from it.
	I think there's some concern about moderated newsgroups vs. (what?).
