[comp.text.desktop] Standard Generalized Markup Language ???

news@sun.uucp (news) (05/14/88)

Can anyone provide me with detailed information (or a source of
such information) on something called

	Standard Generalized Mark-Up Language (SGML)

which supposedly is an industry-standard macro language for
describing documents to be typeset.

Please e-mail and I will summarize if I get some concrete info.
