If Ventura runs under Windows, then you can get any number of fonts
for it. Bitstream sells PCL (HP Printer Control Language) fonts
which will work for the Laserjet II under Windows. I use them
with Pagemaker (I haven't used Ventura for almost a year and cannot
remember if runs under Windows or uses built-in fonts). Aldus sells
Fontware diskettes for Pagemaker 3.0, which will work for Ventura if
Ventura runs under Windows.
Someexamples of Bitstream fonts for the HP Laserjet printer are:
Century Schoolbook, Optima, Broadway, Cooper, Gothic. Cooper
and Broadway are part of a package called "Headlines."

It does not matter if Ventura Publisher runs under MS Windows or not. Bitstream sells an installation kit for Ventura Publisher as well as for MS Windows (they also have font installation kits for a lot of other programs as well, like, MS Word 4.0). Why buy Fontware from Aldus if you do not have PageMaker? Get them from the source. Call Bitstream at 1 800 522-3668. They will be more than happy to answer and questions.
