A couple of pieces of administrivia. First, my archive-server is now
disabled, so no further requests for desktop-publishing archives will
be honored.
Also, I've been unable to locate a replacement as moderator for desktop. The
general feeling is that, on the USENET side, a moderator really isn't
needed, and I tend to agree with that feeling. Because of this, I would like
whichever net-gods are in charge of it this week to make the magic
incantations that will turn comp.text.desktop into an unmoderated group. I
will be shutting down the ARPA mailing list and gateways as of 1/15/89, and
by that time comp.text.desktop needs to be unmoderated or it'll go comatose.
