Summer Jobs - UNIX/C PROGRAMMERS Medical Information Software Systems We would like to hire one or two summer students to help in the design, implementation and testing of medical information software systems. The persons must be proficient in UNIX* and C. Potential projects may involve database systems and query languages, communications, or VAX systems work. We have a VAX-11/750 running 4.2 BSD and IBM PC XT's running Venix/86. Health Systems International is a small and growing firm with a proven record in the health care information field. We have been involved with the development of Diagnosis Related Groups (DRGs) and the casemix approach to health care financing and health care cost containment. The ideal candidate will be graduating next year and potentially interested in long term employment with HSI.
