VAX/VMS Performance Analysis DIGITAL is looking for Operating System wizards to help understand and improve VAX/VMS system performance. Both junior and senior positions are available in the VMS Performance Analysis Group. These positions emphasize real-world understanding of complex Operating System behavior. Our group analyzes the performance of VMS running on new CPUs and peripherals. We plan and design workload characterization studies of VAX/VMS systems. We develop performance measurement tools to support these activities, and we present results to customers and the sales force. We are part of the VAX/VMS development team. Applicants must be self-motivating individuals with a strong background in virtual memory operating systems and excellent communications skills. Project leadership experience is required for the more senior positions. Positions are located in Digital's software development facility in Nashua, NH.
