Hello: Would anyone know how to convert a (hand generated) normal Postscript file to an EPS file (suitable for DTP software on the PC such as PageMaker) ? Any advice or pointer would be appreciated. Either e-mail or posting is fine. Pierre

In general you want to add an EPS header to your PostScript file. The only tricky part is figuring out the bounding box dimensions. When in doubt, I just use 8-1/2x11 or 612 792 in points. The generic EPS header is: %!-Adobe-2.0 EPSF-1.2 %%Title: %%Creator: %%CreationDate: %%BoundingBox: 0 0 612 792 %%YourCommentsGoHere %%EndComments Dig? Adobe makes a tech note on the matter available. Good luck! jwhiting cdp!jwhiting@arisia.xerox.com [DE3MIR]jwhiting
