Using reader response cards from various magazines, I have sent
away for a variety of literature on Ventura Publisher Utilities. Many
of the ones I received said that the software could be downloaded from
CompuServe by typeing 'GO SOFTEX'. What I am wondering is if the
software there is Shareware or if they have some sort of setup where
you get charged? I have heard that Prodigy has a setup where you can
purchase products and services listed on your credit card - does
Compuserve have a similar setup?
If the software is shareware, does anyone have any of the following?
Mouseware - lets you use all the keys on your mouse
VPMover - file management for Ventura files
TagCommand - makes editing tags easier
PubStarI - lets you put Ventura tags in while in a Word Processor
If anyone knows of a decent FTP site that has Ventura and Desktop
Publishing oriented files, I'd appreciate hearing about it. Or if you
have any shareware or PD DTP utilities, I'd also like to hear. I have
searched through Simtel20 pretty well and am always looking for more.
