HELP WANTED:
I am the Publication Services Manager of Monash University
in Melbourne Australia, and I am visiting North America in
1991 to see the computer based publishing sites in US and
Canada universities. I would be pleased to hear from anyone
who is doing interesting work in the following fields and
would be happy to show me about (and perhaps give me a place
to sleep for a day or two):

1. Small scale university presses doing academic and
research publishing for a multi-campus university around
40,000 students

2. Integrated desktop/computer based publishing, both
research into, and use of.

3. Non-database publishing using CD-ROM, Hypertext and free
text retrieval systems.

We have a Distance Education Centre and publish a
considerable amount of student and course notes as well. I
am interested in the use of electronic notes. Can anyone
help me? The boss is keen to get an itinerary from me.

I can be emailed on: John@Publications.ccc.monash.edu.au
My mail address is John Wilkins, Publications Services
Manager, Monash University,
Caulfield campus, PO Box 197, Caulfield East, Victoria 3145
AUSTRALIA.
