[net.news.group] subdivision of net.wanted

What would we more useful would be a .wanted newsgroup under
arbitrary higher-level groups.  I may sometimes find the time
to read and help out someone in net.unix-wizards.wanted, but never
in net.music.wanted.  net.wanted is getting too big for many of us
to read anymore.
