Hi All, I am trying to transfer the builtin symbols of Harvard Graphics (V2.3) to Ventura Publisher (V1.1). Harvard can export a variety of formats that Ventura can (supposedly) read in. I exported CGM format and read it into Ventura successfully. However, Ventura filled in the symbol with black. Could this be a bad color translation? I then exported Encapsulated Postscript. Ventura would not read it in, complaining that the file type was incorrect. I checked the file and it looked OK, though I'm no Postscript expert. I also had problems with importing HPGL format, again the symbol was filled in with black by Ventura. I am a novice user with both packages (especially Ventura), and the manual wasn't much help for either package. Does anyone have any idea how this transfer can be done reliably? Any help would be greatly appreciated, but please email your responses to "greg@viewlogic.com". Thanks very much, -- Greg Larkin (ASIC Engineer) Viewlogic Systems, Inc.
