[comp.text.desktop] Wordperfect to MS Word Conversion

Does anyone know of a conversion tool commercial or otherwise that will
convert WP5.1 files into MS Word?  MS Word says that WP files can be
converted to MS but that the formatting information will be lost which 
has been our expereince.   Also, does anyone know whether Word Perfect
can create encapsulated PostScript files?  I know there are PostScript
drivers in the package, but I can't seem to create an EPS file.
Any and all information is appreciated.  No flames please.
