ede879g@monu6.cc.monash.edu.au (Robert D. Nicholson) (05/12/91)

Hello, I have justed purchased

"Mastering Ventura For Windows" by Rick Altman, Publisher Sybex
ISBM 0-89588-758-4

This book uses some special example files which you can get if you
send away for a disk, however it mentions in the book that you are
able to retrieve the self-extracting archive from a bulletin board

The file is need is called "MASTVP.EXE".

Here are the instructions to get the files from american sources

Compuserve

(800) 8484480 OR (800)331-7166 (9600 BD)

then type GO VENTURA at the prompt to join the Ventura forum.
The file is located in one of the public libraries, and you can search
for it by name or by one of several key search words such as ALTMAN, FILES,
MASTERING or SAMPLES

Curnt members of the Ventura Publisher User Group can also get
"MASTVP.EXE" from the bulletin board run by the group (408)227-0223
or 227-4818 for access.

Now the BIG one

Can somebody please retrieve this file from any of these sources and send it
to me.

Any help would greatly help my quest to Master Ventura.

Cheers

Robert. (Awaiting your reply) Nicholson.
