I am having *serious* problems printing my Windows-application documents on the Kyocera F-2010 laser printer hooked up to my pc. I recently created a 3-panel brochure on MS Word using Bitstream fonts. Upon sending the page to print I got the following output from the printer: 1. a page containing the large title in the upper left panel and nothing else and 2. a page containing approximately the upper half of the text across the three panels and nothing else and 3. a page containing the remainder of the text across the bottom of the three panels. I contacted the people who are (supposed to be) servicing the printer. The representative I spoke with suggested it might be related to the timeout set on the printer, so I changed the timeout--the same output resulted. Do any of you know what's happening to my stuff? The same thing happens in Ventura (Windows), but not in WordPerfect (non-W, of course, and no fonts downloaded), no matter how large the file or the complexity of the graphics. Does anyone have the phone number for Kyocera customer support? At this point I'm not sure where the problem lies and I'm going bonkers! The brochure in my example was on a very tight schedule and I ended up spending a few hours cutting it up and dry-mounting the pieces back together--yuck!! Much thanks and peace, Michelle Berkowitz dorje@casbah.acns.nwu.edu
