[comp.text.desktop] PageMaker Questions: Urgent!!

I have two PageMaker 4.01 questions that require urgent attention:

	1.  Does PM allow you to start page #1 at any given page in the
	    document?  On-line help tells me that the pages preceding
	    what I want to be page 1 should be put at the end of the
	    document.  This seems like a cop out.

	2.  After creating a table in PM's table editor and exporting
	    (as a PICT file), FreeHand 3.0 wouldn't recognize the file.
	    Is it true that FreeHand (any version) will not deal with
	    PICT files?
