maker@dartvax.UUCP (Steve Maker) (06/04/84)

Wanted: Macintosh programmers

Academic Computing at Dartmouth College is looking for programmers
for at least the summer to write programs for the Mac (on the Lisa).
We are looking for full-time applicants (unless you already have Mac
programming experience in Lisa Pascal), who have significant experience
in a real language not far from Pascal; PL/I is good (for instance)
but not Basic or Fortran. We will train you
you in the Lisa operating system and the Toolbox routines -- be prepared
for an intense time.

We will writing educational software for a wide range of fields: foreign
languages, history, geography, physics, geology, philosophy (yes!), english
literature, music, psychology, sociology and probably more. We already
have a couple such programs running.

If interested AND QUALIFIED (don't swamp me, please), contact
Steve Maker at decvax!dartvax!maker, or call me at (603) 646-2643
(the Kiewit Computation Center).
