Elm requires an intelligent mailer program (e.g. sendmail) if Bccs must be handled. Why? This is how it was in earlier versions of ELM, i.e. ELM 2.1 did
not change ELM wrt bcc. I developed the change in ELM so that bcc's
could be used regardless of the mailing agent. As I understand
it, we ELM developers were chartered with producing our version of
ELM as only bug fixes - no enhancements. Consequently this bcc
"enhancement" will be available in ELM 2.2.
