[comp.mail.elm] 2.1 incompatible with 1.5?

ELM 2.1 appears to be incompatible with ELM 1.5b. We have both running
here, 1.5 in production, 2.1 under test. When replying with 2.1 to a
message forwarded to me by 1.5b, the reply addresses were all of the form:

	localhost!To:sendinghost!sender

Is it me or is it ELM 2.1?
