[comp.mail.elm] Could not quit out of Elm 2.2 PL1

This may not be a normal occurance but if you invoke elm while not
having permissions to write to your mail file, it is not possible to
quit out of elm. It loops with the messages: New mail has arrived; and
then Reading new mail (or some similar messages) and returns to the main
screen. Luckily I was in a window that I could close.

Like I said, this was not a normal situation, so this may not be important.
